Important Delivery Information

The Lawn Association deliver most of our products nationwide within 10 working days.

We use Royal Mail and also Hermes as our main carriers. 

We use your contact details during the check out process to aid delivery. Your address, email and telephone details will be submitted to the relevant courier companies to allow them to contact you with relevant delivery information.

 Delivery charges will be confirmed to you, in checkout, before your order is accepted. If your order cannot be delivered due to poor access it might be subject to extra delivery charges.  You have the option to cancel the order if you wish to do so before it is dispatched.

Signature/Proof of delivery

If you ask for goods to be left at premises without a signature being required, please be aware that The Lawn Association will not accept liability for damage or loss that may occur to these goods.


You have the right to cancel any order before it is dispatched, which is before 3pm on the day of ordering .

You have the right to return any item in exchange for a full refund in an unopened and unused condition, for any reason, within 14 days of purchase. You must inform us of your intent to return the items via email within the 14 day period. We will inform you where to return the item. All packaging and postal costs will be met by you. The item must be returned  via a recognised courier or Royal Mail and the returned items must be signed for upon receipt.
Failure for us to sign for the returned item will result in zero refund being issued. 
We must receive the returned item within 14 days of your notice of intent to return the item. We will then refund you the full amounts within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.

Items Received Damaged

In the unfortunate event that items are received damaged, you must contact us via email at the earliest possibility. Please include your name, address, order number, as well as details and photographs of the damage. We will at this point speak to directly and agree a positive way forward.
